The Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) will hold a rulemaking hearing on July 17, 2025, to adopt amendments to the Rules Concerning Colorado's Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program. The amendments to the ISF Rules address the rulemaking requirements of SB24-197 as codified at 37-83-105 C.R.S., by updating ISF Rule 6k.
