Jessica Brody joined Denver Water as General Counsel in August 2018. Previously, she served as the lead environmental attorney for the City and County of Denver (2013 – 2016) and then as an Assistant Director (2016 – 2018) in the Denver City Attorney’s Office.
A 2003 graduate of The Yale Law School, Jessica started her career as an environmental attorney at Arnold & Porter LLP, an international law firm. Jessica has always had a passion for public service. She was a member of the AmeriCorps program inaugural class and was selected as a Harry S. Truman Scholar in 1998.
In her spare time, she serves as President of the board of a Denver public charter school. She is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association Environmental Law Section Advisory Council.
